Architectural designer job description/qualifications:
1. Experience:
o 5-10 years in an architectural firm.
o Multi/single-family residential and mixed-use commercial development project experience.
o Comprehensive experience across all design phases, particularly with permitting document preparation and management.
2. Software Skills:
o Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Photoshop.
o Familiarity with office assistant software.
3. Project Management:
o Capable of monitoring project progress.
o Ensuring task completion aligns with quality and schedule requirements.
4. Communication:
