Floating manager position available at multiple Self Storage facilities located in Pierce County. Prior experience in self storage. Knowledge of StorEdge operating system. Computer knowledge required. Knowledge of all aspects of storage is required. Hard working individual that has the ability to do what it takes to get the job done. Job includes renting units, collecting rents, accountable for cash in office, making calls to collect rent, processing of units in delinquency to include the auction process (locks being cut off, photos taken, posting on site for auction), office clean and welcoming, maintaining a clean facility, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, site cleaning, light maintenance. Responsible for reports as requested, balancing the cash daily, making bank deposits. Reliable transportation. Not afraid to communicate with management with concerns and questions.
