We are a busy, well-established roofing company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Staff Member to join our team Alpine Roof Care has been in business since 1992. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction office administration and must have experience with QuickBooks.
Position: Full-Time Office Staff
Pay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)
Location: 502 Maple Ave Snohomish
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Benefits: Paid holidays, Yearly reviews and raises, Yearly Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties including phones, emails, filing, and customer service
Handle accounts in QuickBooks
Assist with project billing, estimates, and job costing
Coordinate with field crews and employees
Maintain organized project files and job folders
Schedule jobs
Requirements:
QuickBooks experience is a must
Prior administrative experience in a construction environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be dependable and detail-oriented
