DEP West is seeking a full-time, motivated, team-oriented Junior Account Manager / Customer Service Representative with outstanding written/verbal communication skills as well as excellent analytical skills, automotive experience is a plus! This role will eventually turn into an Account Manager role. "In-office" position
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Account Managers with their day-to-day objectives.
Monitor and support clients & AMs on important monthly KPIs
Assist and work with clients on inbound day-to-day support (emails, calls, SMS, etc.)
Assist and work with the Senior Manager on day-to-day objectives.
Required Skills:
Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills
Must be organized, detail oriented, and punctual
Proficient in phone, email, etc. support
The ability to multi-task efficiently
The ability to remain cool under pressure
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
