Position Overview:
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Escape Room Supervisor to help lead our team, maintain high operational standards, and ensure every guest has a great experience. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and passionate about customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Support & Leadership: Train, coach, and support Game Masters to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Customer Service: Welcome and assist guests, resolve issues promptly and professionally, and ensure everyone leaves happy.
- Game Operations: Monitor live games, provide hints when needed, and ensure rooms are properly reset between sessions .
- Facility Maintenance: Perform light repairs and touch-ups on puzzles and props to keep rooms safe, clean, and polished.
- Shift Coverage: Step in to cover shifts in the event of last-minute absences to maintain smooth operations.
- Inventory & Supplies: Help track props, tools, and supplies, and communicate needs to management.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure the venue is organized and compliant with safety standards.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in guest-facing and leadership role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using tools and troubleshooting basic repairs
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and/or living within a reasonable distance of our location
- Bonus: Experience with social media
