We're looking for a motivated individual to come work with our small (but growing) team at our downtown Sumner office! Willing to train the right person, even if they have no experience in real estate, sales or customer service.

We’re a boutique company in the real estate industry, led by a National Speaker and Realtor who teaches a new way to follow up with prospective buyers/sellers. We pride ourselves on working with agents who are looking to take their lead conversion to the next level.
Role Description:
Responsible for contacting new leads by making live calls, setting quality appointments, qualifying leads, leaving custom voicemails, and sending personalized texts. This is not a tele-marketer or cold-caller position. We work with warm leads and don't make any cold calls.
Required Experience:
Must have great verbal/written communication skills and be tech savvy.
Attention to detail is critical for this position.
Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom, YouTube, Facebook, etc. is necessary and an iPhone is a plus (you may need one for the position).
Preferred Experience:
Real Estate, Sales, Restaurant or Customer Service
Hours:
Mon-Fri (normal business hours)
Part-time to start but hours can increase quickly after training (10-20 hours per week).
Full-time opportunities will be available as you grow with us (20-40 hours per week).
Pay:
$15.50 Hourly Wage + Commissions (based on performance)
1099 Contract Position
