We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in a
long-term established company that has been meeting the needs of truckers across the nation for over 37 years. In this position, you will play a key role in sharing information about our company and membership services.
Customer Service Representative will be trained to explain membership programs to incoming callers. Position is open for Part Time or Full Time. Must pass background check.
$16.66 hourly
Full Time or Part Time Positions available
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Hours: M-F 6am - 4pm (closed weekends)
Responsibilities:
Present and sell membership programs to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Ability to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude
Maintain a good relationship with existing customer base through check-up calls, or follow-up emails.
Must be heavily involved in pursuing trucking companies and motivated to help grow our business into new territories
Ability to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
Create sales packets to present to customers
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
