From the feel of the advertising, materials we offer to the details of the order and customer expectations delivered by the sales team. These are the very foundation that any company has to build on.
We are a top 20% only organization. We’re not interested in the bottom 80% of sales reps.
Our reps earn well over $250,000 per year.
Must have sales management experience
Must have marketing experience. We have a marketing company but they need help with direction and we need to work with our current team to develop much additional content as well as direct strategy.
Must be proficient with technology and be able to learn and teach other how to use tools that will make the process more efficient for them, the customers and the company.
Work with the sales team to ensure that they have all tools they need to be successful.
In home/home improvement sales experience is strongly preferred

However, this is a generous commission structure
The right candidate is EXPECTED to make a minimum of $200,000 with and expected amount of $300,000-$500,000 by the end of the 1st year.
