Operations Manager (Seattle) – West Coast Entertainment
Compensation: $66,000 salary + performance-based bonus

We’re a passionate, energetic team looking for a full-time Operations Manager to join our leadership staff and help take our events—and operations—to the next level. This is a critical role within our company, and we’re seeking someone ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee execution of 400+ entertainment events annually, ranging from mock casino nights to outdoor movies and corporate events
Provide strategic planning, operational support, and execution across multiple events each week
Oversee the Burien warehouse: inventory management, organization, and maintenance
Hire, train, and onboard new employees
Conduct site walk-throughs during the sales process
Maintain and manage a small fleet of vehicles (including acquisition and servicing)
Regular travel between warehouse, venues, and events
Support event logistics, including loading/unloading trucks, onsite setup, and event management
Learn and train others on casino games (poker, roulette, craps, blackjack); training in Las Vegas or equivalent may be included
Qualifications:
Leadership and management experience strongly preferred
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and use power tools (jigsaw, table saw, drills, etc.)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Comfortable driving 10’, 16’, and 20’ box trucks
Willingness to travel to industry conferences (Las Vegas, Orlando) as needed
AV, DJ, or casino game experience is a plus—but not required (we’ll train the right person!)
A strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow within the company
