Small bookkeeping business seeking part time bookkeeper
Must have experience using QuickBooks, Excel (medium to advanced skills for excel). Good phone manner.
Duties will include making calls to set up new AP accounts, working in QuickBooks adding transactions from bank & CC statements, reconciling accounts. Using Excel to transfer data from different accounting programs for various calculations.
Approx 40 hours a month, must be available during some day time / business hours. Remote position.
Must be easy to work with, friendly, willing to take instruction, very detailed oriented & accurate. You will have no client contact, all client contact is done by owner, you will be working assisting owner with various clients. Confidentiality & discretion needed. Must be able to pass background check. Helpful to know other property management software but not required.
