Everett based commercial property management and trust real estate administration firm seeking a strong in-person Accounting Manager needed Monday to Friday to over-see our high-volume accounting department.
You’ll be responsible for all aspects of the accounting department, including the management of 3-4 seasoned team members, overseeing the accounting standard practices and procedures 21 self-storage properties and a few commercial properties.
This position will be a great fit for someone who is hands on, leads by example, enjoys being highly valued and working with friendly and well-trained co-workers in a fast-paced environment. With your competent leadership you will be making an impact and bringing efficiency to the department. Supportive and knowledgeable management team needs your expertise and business input.

Qualifications:
7+ years of applicable accounting experience
Proficient in QuickBooks
Proficient in Excel (Must be able to build, decipher, and present spreadsheets)
Multi-company accounting experience required
Prior management of accounting team members required
Detailed-oriented, efficient and organized
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Manage projects and follow through to completion
Commercial property / real estate transaction experience beneficial
Open to change and process improvements
Friendly, positive, can-do attitude
