Responsibilities:
A/R & A/P
Payroll every other week, including payroll tax deposit
Quarterly Payroll Reports: 941, L&I, SUI, PFML & WA Cares
Compile Year End Federal Tax Return information for CPA
Reconcile bank account
Process monthly Washington Excise Tax Return
California Sales Tax Return
Maintain 401(k) plan
Submit business license renewal information for various citites
Set up new employees
Renew liability and health insurance policies
Handle occasional shipping scheduling for freight & UPS
Fill out & submit lien releases
Qualifications:
Bookkeeping certificate preferred
3+ years as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
3+ years Quick Books Desktop experience required
3+ years Payroll processing experience required
