BOOKKEEPING is one of the essential services which MULTISERVICIOS, INC. provides for Small to Medium size businesses.
MULTISERVICIOS, INC. is looking for a BOOKKEEPER to be part of our team. This is an in-person/in office position which will be coordinating and working with other Bookkeeper to maintain multiple clients' business accounts. The position will also be coordinating and working with the other staff in the Accounting Department.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Data Collection and Data Entry
Bank Account Reconciliations
General Bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients/company owners
Coordinate with clients/company owners
Submit Profit and Loss Statement to clients/company owners quarterly
Establish Financial Statements to clients/company owners
Maintain Bookkeeping Filing System
Assist clients/company owners in regards to correspondence received from government agencies
Assist and/or coordinate with clients/company owners on any audits
Communicating with clients/company owners regarding their past due invoices both for government agencies and MULTISERVICIOS, INC.
Coordinate and remind clients/company owners the rules and regulation of government agencies and the understanding of the signed contract with MULTISERVICIOS, INC.
Keeping clients/company owners updated with their business licenses and reports
Coordinate with other team members in MULTISERVICIOS, INC.
QUALIFICATION:
Bookkeeping experience for more than 2 years
Knowledge and understanding of accounting
Some college degree/accomplishment is a plus
Experience with QuickBooks and/or Sage Software for 2 years or more
Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and be well organized
Excellent communication and writing skills
Monthly and year-end accounting adjustment
Knowledge of different accounting system for service/business
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Computer and standard office software experience
Detail oriented individual - able to follow and learn basic information crucial to the position
Office experience - able to perform clerical duties
People Oriented
Organizational skill
Flexibility with schedule
