$3,000 signing bonus

Construction-industry accounting knowledge and experience

Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Sage 100 experience is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Greet guests
Receive all packages and distribute
Client project inquiries
Maintain office supply inventory
Vendor/Subcontractors compliance
Accounts payable
Provide support to the office Manager
