We are a small but very busy marine repair shop in Gig Harbor. We are looking for a person that will perform administration duties as well accounts payable in QuickBooks including transferring data from a separate POS system and adapting it to QuickBooks, also reconcile month end reports along with other accounting tasks. This person is also responsible for HR duties including payroll in ADP system, maintaining handbook, state and federal compliance monitoring, recruiting new employees and new hire requirements. Keep website updated and current with new information for the seasons. Conduct Accident Prevention meetings and monitor items that need to be checked on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Also responsible for filing of work orders, helping with phones and inventory counts as needed from other employees.
We are looking for someone that works well on your own and open to doing the tasks that are needed whether it is a manual task or computerized. Willing to help other departments as needed. We are looking for a long-term employee and making the job their own
