Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper Opportunity at Concourse Concessions LLC
Join Concourse Concessions LLC, a dynamic and expanding local business with a history since 2004 in managing diverse Food and Beverage establishments. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper to contribute to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and enhance the efficiency of the accounting department, identifying and rectifying inefficiencies for an improved closing process.
Administer and streamline our bi-weekly payroll process.
Guide the accounts payable team, ensuring prompt and accurate payments to vendors.
Compile financial statements and offer strategic insights during monthly and quarterly closings.
Conduct thorough reconciliation of bank accounts and maintain the general ledger with precision.
Oversee monthly inventory checks, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
Collaborate with external CPA firms on financial statements and tax matters.
Liaise with government bodies for routine audits, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Your Profile:
A solid background of 3-5 years in an accounting role.
Proficient understanding of U.S. GAAP.
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly desirable.
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
Familiarity with Quickbooks is an asset.

A competitive salary range of $75k - $85,000, based on experience.
