We're hiring high performers as proven as our products. Join us.ATI is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our Richland, Washington facility. Our Richland Operation specializes in melting Titanium and Titanium Alloys to produce ingots for use in multiple applications in the Aerospace and Medical Markets. This day shift position typically works 4-10 hour shifts per week.As a Maintenance Planner, you will rely upon an exceptional blend of technical knowledge and problem-solving experience honed over multiple years of practical application to develop the best possible maintenance and operational procedures. You will create procedural directions for various plant-wide maintenance and operations tasks. You will also work with and analyze vast amounts of high complex procedural information and determine the best course of action based on technician input, prior knowledge, and appropriate governing codes.In this role, you will deal with appropriate construction materials and exhibit extensive knowledge of material application in various industrial environments. You will often work directly with technicians to create efficient, cost-effective, and user-friendly plans and develop a library of plans for continuous improvement and standardization that can be guidelines for all future maintenance procedures.In order to be successful and provide immediate impact, you will have to quickly learn ATI processes and the people that will be key players in your day-to-day work. You must build strong relationships to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams rapidly. Robust knowledge of maintenance processes, the ability to plan day-to-day and future work, and exceptional time management skills are all included in the skillset of a successful Maintenance Planner.Essential Job Functions

Plan plant wide maintenance jobs

Develop a detailed procedural infrastructure that allows for smooth and consistent operational work flow

Standardize maintenance jobs from existing plans and technician feedback

Interact with the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to create work packages for implementation in the field

Understand and Operate within the bounds of current governing codes

Work directly with maintenance technicians to develop clear and concise plans that maximize operational efficiency and minimize cost

Work directly with Plant Engineering to provide labor and materials estimates for Capital and Maintenance Management projects

Develop, Design, and Demonstrate specific procedures to technicians, maintenance, and operators

Evaluate the state of maintenance and operations and provide feedback to support and promote a continuously improving procedural environment

Develop a system of continuous standardization for various maintenance procedures

Communicate effectively with technicians and management

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a maintenance technician or maintenance supervisor

Preferences

Trades certification or applicable degree

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Microsoft Office products, Viziya, Oracle eAM

Current governing codes, standards, and regulations

OSHA codes and procedures

Detailed project analysis

Interpersonal Communication

Time management and Organization

Solve highly complex creative and technical problems
