DescriptionUnder the general direction of the Call Center Coordinator KC or appropriate Practice Administrator/Manager, provides telephone support to the clinics by answering patient calls; Accesses the Epic system; Creates in basket messages; and performs other duties as assigned.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. 2 years Customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Clerical, medical, and call center/phone work experience.
