HR Generalist

Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team based in Renton, Washington. This role focuses on a variety of human resources functions including benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. It offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Administering employee benefits and maintaining accurate records. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Building and maintaining positive employee relations. Handling Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) related matters. Utilizing Paycom and MS Office in daily tasks. Drafting and issuing offer letters. Managing and implementing compensation and benefits plans. Conducting employee performance management. Providing excellent customer service to all staff. Creating and implementing HR policies. Conducting performance reviews. Maintaining personnel files. Participating in recruitment and sourcing activities. Handling employee terminations professionally and legally. Requirements Proficiency in Benefit Functions Strong Communication skills both written and verbal Knowledge and experience in Compliance Ability to manage Employee Relations Familiarity with FMLA regulations Proficiency in using Paycom HR management software Proficient in MS Office Suite Experience in drafting Offer Letters Knowledge in Benefits Administration Understanding of Compensation & Benefits structures Experience in Employee performance management Excellent Customer Service skills Knowledge of HR Policy formulation and implementation Experience conducting Performance Reviews Skills in Personnel File Maintenance Experience in Recruitment - Sourcing Familiarity with procedures related to Terminations Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
