Position: Lab Engineer / Device Engineer

Location: Redmond, WA(Onsite from day one)

Duration: Contract / Fulltime

Mandatory skills: Proficiency in one or more programming language Linux/ C / python / PowerShellExperience on configuration, networking, remote connectivity and installation of IOT devices , sensors , RFID readersEnd to end installation, deployment, testing and troubleshooting experience for IOT Solutions

Desired Skills: Device Network connectivity knowledge and experience

Job Description:1. Support configuration and installation of IOT solutions at the HCL IOT Lab.2. Maintenance troubleshooting and fixing issues on the IOT devices /networking / configuration in the Lab and support at remote locations by collaborating on teams.3. Will need to support the implementation of IOTW Product / Solution deployments at customer sites within US and across countries in American continent by travelling to the customer sites.4. Need to be physically involved on the installations of sensors/ devices, configuration of devices and ensure end to end solution is up and running in the HCL IOT Lab with the guidance of Solution architects.5. Travel to customer sites for Site survey to identify location for installation of fixed reader and get the installations done by enabling the third party vendors and partners6. Work with vendors and partners (OEMs for devices) on hardware and software support to ensure Solution works for HCL and its customers.
