Skills Required ADO Management/ Administration Detailed JD Key Responsibilities :
- Building Power BI reports
- Experience on MS successhub Release Planner
- Responsible for creating teams, adding users, permissions.
- Managing multiple dashboards, create/modify and track queries based on the release waves
- In depth knowledge of features in ADO like Work items customization in sandbox environment, Dependency tracker configuration, creating Dashboard with multiple widgets
- Setup ADO hours for all ICs
- Creating flow/Power automate to send hygiene reports(Automation knowledge must have)
- Work on ad-hoc requests from various PMs/Ems
- Update/Create ADO Queries/Wiki based on the process changes
- Good communication skills
- Conduct Onboarding sessions for new teams such as RM Playbook and ADO process
- Schedule and execute "Execution Meetings, shiproom meetings" for multiple industry clouds and ensure ship blockers are mitigated
- Run Bug bashes and triage them next day
- Schedule Release Readiness and get approvals for all the tasks, attach the approvals and close before GA.
- Maintain RM SharePoint is UpToDate
- Send weekly reports to the leadership/management on the project status.
- Have good understanding of industry cloud, localization, documentation, Privacy, Accessibility, GRC, Security, ecosystem, and other cross teams.
- Automation is good to have as they will be working on automating hygiene reports, and other manual tasks in future.
- ADO Management/ Administration, Power BI
