The Engineering, Data, Operations & Tools (EDOT) organization is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to ensure innovative and effective approaches to driving change adoption across the Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) organization, globally.The Digital Enablement Lead is responsible for leading and managing the change management activities for complex and strategic initiatives across the MCAPS organization. The Digital Enablement Lead will work closely with leaders, project managers, and key stakeholders to define and execute the change strategy and approach, ensure alignment and collaboration, and drive the adoption and sustainability of the desired outcomes. Develop and implement the change management strategy and plan for assigned initiatives, based on the assessment of the change impact, readiness, and risks.
Lead and coordinate the change management activities, such as stakeholder analysis, audience engagement and reinforcement.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness and outcomes of the change management interventions, and adjust the plan as needed.
Build and maintain relationships with leaders, project managers, and key stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor and change champion.
Facilitate and support the change network, including change agents, sponsors, and advocates, and ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.
Provide guidance and feedback to other change management resources and project team members, and promote the adoption of change management best practices and methodologies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of the change management function and capability.

QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement o OR equivalent experience.
Certification or training in change management methodologies, such as Prosci, Kotter, or Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR) or equivalent experience.
Experience working independently, proactively, and creatively, with a sense of initiative and ownership
Preferred Qualifications
Willingness to travel 25% of the time or more, depending on the project needs and location.
Hands-on experience in driving change adoption in complex matrix environments, involving multiple stakeholders, geographies, and functions.
Negotiation skills and ability to influence change at all levels of the organization, and overcome resistance and barriers.
Extensive experience with cross-group collaboration, working across diverse stakeholders to build partnerships, define benchmarks and execute initiatives.
Compelling storytelling and presentation skills, experience presenting to Management level audiences.
Highly self-directed and self-driven strategic thinker, with collaboration skills and a track record of delivering exceptional results.
Strategic thinking and ability to learn, understand and connect complex business models.
Skills in translating business needs and user feedback into clear and actionable plans, deliverables, and timelines.
Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
