CoreAI is a recently formed organization that brings together the best of Microsoft's Enterprise AI services (including Foundry, Azure OpenAI & more) with Developer tools (VSCode, Github).We are looking to hire a Group Product Manger. This cross functional, cross product role will work across multiple Microsoft properties to build and enable foundational knowledge retrieval infrastructure for Agents. Knowledge Retrieval spans several domains including traditional Search and newer, next generation Generative and Knowledge Graph related efforts.We do not just value differences or different perspectives. Work closely with engineering, research, and other Microsoft leaders on Knowledge Retrieval roadmap

Work with cross-functional & cross-product stakeholders to align on short and long term product roadmap

QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

OR equivalent experience.

Experience with AI / LLMs and/or data infrastructure

Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management

OR software development

OR equivalent experience.

Entrepreneural experience

Big Tech experience

Combo of low level systems work and higher level app work

Product Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $161,600 - $286,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $209,600 - $314,400 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
