We provide specialized guarding services and outstanding tech-enabled security tailored to our prestigious clients. Our world class services are designed to incorporate a high degree of technology content.Essential Functions:

Participate in briefings in your area to facilitate routine Standard Operating Procedure refresher training, discuss training initiatives, and post inspection focus areas

Facilitate and document drills in your area Facilitate CPR recertification as needed

Perform and document audits on specialists to test skills and knowledge Develops training schedules in conjunction with management

Provide on-the-spot coaching to specialists as needed

Document interactions (audits, coaching, etc.) and report findings to leadership

Acts to ensure compliance with legally mandated, contractual, and company mandated training, on-the-job training as required for purposes of certifications and under the terms of client contracts

Create and update resource materials used in the field - including PowerPoints, handouts, videos, SharePoint pages, etc.

Cross train with Training and Development Supervisors to serve as a back-up in the event additional support is needed

Position Requirements:

18 years of age or older

2-year military or law enforcement experience or Associates Degree

Standard computer / technology skills needed

Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic

Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication

Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus

Customer service background preferred

Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner

Must have great attention to detail

Must have the legal right to work in the United States

Must possess a valid driver's license for state of assignment and insurable driving record

Must have a reliable means of communication & transportation

Must be advanced in the ability to speak, read, and write English

Must have a minimum of 1 year of security experience, customer service, or hospitality experience

Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers
