This is a customer-facing role, owning the business applications-focused technical & business relationships and the technical, functional and/or governance strategies between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation and operational health engagements. Customer Centricity: Customer Satisfaction: Drive positive Customer Satisfaction, and become a trusted advisor to customers and partners, by leveraging Microsoft Business Applications implementation expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. You will actively listen and drive to the best outcomes.
Customer/Partner Insights: Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.
Business Impact: Consumption (Cloud & Support) growth: Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by providing expertise/guidance to technical and business decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's Business Applications value proposition. Effectively drive usage and generate value from Microsoft technology investments via implementation advisory, performance efficiency and organizational/operational excellence.
Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live or broad usage of projects by leveraging technical/functional/project management & business value subject matter expertise. Deliver all work according to MS best practices & policies and using repeatable Intellectual Property (IP).
Identify growth opportunities: Leverage knowledge of the products, services, and value propositions of Microsoft Business Applications in customer/partner conversations to identify growth opportunities based on knowledge of customer/partner needs.
Technical Leadership: Learn-it-all: Drive continuous alignment and improvement of individual skills to better support and enable customer’s and MSFT’s business goals.
Accelerate customer outcomes: Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to Intellectual Property (IP) creation, prioritize IP re-use and learn from others to help accelerate your customers transformation journey.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
OR equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in developing, customizing, tuning, troubleshooting, implementing or supporting Microsoft D365 Project Operations.
2+ years of experience working in Dynamics 365 Finance modules (such as Project Management and Accounting, GL, AP, and AR), Dynamics CE Project Operations and dual-write.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 5+ years experience in information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or Microsoft Business Applications technologies
4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external) as a lead technical solution architect, lead functional consultant, or business value consultant
Expert level functional or technical certification in one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 apps
Cloud Solution Architecture IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 - $167,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $108,900 - $183,000 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
