• Experience:8 to 10 Years
• Skills Required: Dynamics, CRM, Sales, Market
• 6+ years of software design and development experience using C#,, JavaScript, SQL Server, and proficient in developing large scale web applications using a .Net framework.
• Experience in developing SaS application using MS Azure Technology
• AngularJS and NodeJS is a Plus.
• Strong communication skills: should be able communicate complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Roles and Privileges, user creation, CRM organization structure, Dashboard, Views, Entity, Relationship, Reports

• must have hands on experience on Dynamics CRM configuration
• Dynamics CRM configurable workflows and custom workflow development
• Dynamics CRM PlugIns
• Other customization knowledge on Action, JavaScript, solutions

• hands on knowledge on Dynamics CRM SDKs and integration features
• Integration between Power Platform, Dynamics CRM and other application
• Dynamics CRM provided SDKs and custom integration designing and development
• Power Platform Hands on sound knowledge on
• Power Apps – Model driven and Canvas App
• Power Portal – designing, configuration and customization
• Power Automate: knowledge on pre-build connectors, custom connectors and integration with other application

• knowledge on report creation and designing, dashboard creation and integration with CRM and Power Apps
• Understand business processes involved in the requirements
• Good understanding and strong knowledge in more than one business domain
• Should be able to integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems in application landscape
• Understand application landscape, design, code, test CRM application modules that meet Architecture requirements
• Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across Dynamics CRM 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016 and D365 CE
• Experience in execution and documentation of tests to meet agreed Quality standards
• Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ state within accurate and detailed scoping documents
• Support integration of application components
• Should be able to understand changes in business processes and accommodate them in the solution
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design and develop scalable application components
• Work experience in Power BI and Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL
• Good communication skills with Client facing experience, highly motivated to provide solutions driving towards customer satisfaction
