Title: AI Develop relations engineer

Location: Redmond, WA (remote for now)

Type: ContractAI Develop relations engineerO365 substrate team looking for enthusiastic Azure MLOps engineers and data scientists to join our developer relations team and offer support for adopters of our platform through excellent documentation and handling of support tickets. In addition, we want Dev Rel engineers to built necessary tools or packages that accelerate adoption of platform and the service they experience. ResponsibilitiesDrive documentation refresh of the platform and ensure documentation is up to date.Accelerate adoption & unblock customers by answering questions early and mitigating customer ICMsProvide monitoring tools to ensure that customer issues are answered within 48 hr SLA.Identify customer agility challenges and ensure service quality issues are reported to the engineering team.Provide self-service tools for partners to unblock themselves, and help in resolving incidents by troubleshooting problems etc.Develop metrics to guage customer agility gains
