We’re looking for hardcore closers. If you love chasing and closing deals, you are the right candidate for us. Reptrics Sales Reps develop genuine relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and sell to those needs. We’re looking for sales reps who are winners, having shown consistent success exceeding quotas in a previous sales role.

This is a commission-only contract position and we want to help you succeed and make money, because if you’re making money so are we!

Requirements:

-Identify new customer opportunities utilizing a variety of creative methods.

-Excellent verbal and written communication.

-Strong customer satisfaction orientation.

-Ability to make large volume of outbound calls.

-Ability to open new accounts despite obstacles and build a steady pipeline of business.

-Ability to meet and exceed prospecting and pipeline development goals.

-Forecast potential new business.

-Communicate directly with our Business Development team.

-Maintain updated knowledge of Reptrics products and services, and competitor strategies.

-Must have own office / home office space and normal resources (dedicated internet, phone & computer). Self-managed schedule based on customer needs.

Additional things that would make you event more awesome:

-B2B outside sales.

-Software and/or SaaS sales experience.

-Marketing Software Experience.
