We are a small local business flying Ag Planes servicing the local farmers/growers with fertilizer and pesticide applications from the air. Employment location will consist of primarily Port of Whitman airport located just outside of Colfax, WA. Looking for an additional ground crew member.
The requirements for the position include a team player attitude. An interest in learning is also a huge plus.
The position includes a handful of opportunities to learn everything from airplanes, mechanics, heavy equipment operation, agriculture equipment and farming. Upcoming pilots or anyone interested in flying agriculture planes as a future career should definitely start here! We offer a good small team environment where we're not just coworkers but good friends.
Every day is different and work items are far too long to list. The ground crew is responsible for helping keeping the airplanes moving. Most daily duties will be loading/fueling agriculture airplanes. Some days we're flying and other days we're fixing equipment. Every day is different. A handyman attitude and skills is a huge plus!
Part time with possible full time opportunities depending on your interest and skills.
Availability needs to be fairly flexible. 18+
