Job Overview
This part-time position will provide administrative and executive support for the principal/owner of a mid-size architecture firm. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
General Human Resource tasks including payroll, hiring, benefits administration, employee relations and staff training;
Financial/Accounts Receivable including drafting proposals, billing, collections, general ledger and monthly/annual reporting;
Client Relations including contract execution, billing resolution, marketing and general customer service;
Supervising administrative assistant responsible for general office tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or extensive experience in providing administrative support in an energetic, diverse office setting.
Experience with a variety of human resources topics including related state and federal laws preferred.
Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, adept interpersonal skills tempered by, of course, a sense of humor.
Must demonstrate exceptional initiative, tenacity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft applications.
