Grub is a late night food truck in Moscow, serving scratch made macaroni and cheese, tacos and burritos. We've been serving the community for over 11 years. We are currently seeking a fast, fun, reliable candidate for our Lead Line Cook position.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and owner
- Prep/cook/load food and supplies onto the truck
- Serve as a line cook or at other various positions on the truck
- Clean up and dishes at end of night
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pump out food fast and accurately as a line cook
- At least 1 year experience in fast paced commercial kitchen
- Attention to detail and pride in your performance
- Strong time management skills
What we offer:
- $19-$21/hr. to start + Scheduled raises.
- 3 day weekends every week
- Your hours: Wednesday through Saturday, 7:30pm to 3:30am or 4:30am (+additional prep shift available if desired)
- 5 weeks vacation
- Closed all holidays
- Hours: 33 – 37 per week
