Production Technician

The Production Technician 2B is responsible for performing routine tasks related to seed conditioning operations with a high degree of autonomy. This role involves applying established methods, systems, and procedures within a defined framework to provide direct production support and guidance to less experienced team members in the seed conditioning process.Duties:Independently perform well-defined routine tasks related to seed conditioning with minimal to no supervision.Assist in the development and supervision of new and seasonal employees, providing guidance and training as needed.Make routine daily decisions on process effectiveness and quality within the seed conditioning process.Operate seed conditioning equipment independently, following established procedures for seed cleaning, sorting, and packaging.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to HSEQ standards and company policies.Record production data accurately and assist in routine quality checks of seed batches.
