We are looking for experienced HVAC Service Technician/Installer to join our growing team of HVAC professionals. We are a family owned and operated HVAC business in Kitsap County. You will be our first employee coming in to get the company going and will be first considered as we expand to be promoted.
Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, repairing, maintenance, and installation of various HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini splits and water heaters both tanked and tankless. You must be able to provide knowledgeable, courteous and professional customer service when working with homeowners and co-workers. You will be supplied with a company phone, ipad, vehicle and gas card. You must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
This will be an hourly waged job starting between $25-$40 depending on experience. You will also receive commission and there will be bonus incentives in place as well
