We are an innovative aeroponic cultivator of cannabis looking for a highly motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as a Cannabis Cultivator. As a Cannabis Cultivator, you will be responsible for the daily care and maintenance of our cannabis plants and high-end aeroponic, LED, and computer systems. WE PROVIDE ALL TRAINING. EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and care for cannabis plants from veg to harvest
Monitor plant health
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Conduct regular cleaning and sanitation of equipment and facilities
Assist with occasional maintenance of high-end aeroponic, LED, and computer systems
Operate and maintain appropriate machinery and equipment
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be reliable and able to work independently
Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply
Pay starts at $18 - $20 an hour dependent on experience. There are raises once training is complete, and room for growth to a lead or management position. We also offer health, dental, and vision benefits, as well as opportunities for advancement within our growing company.
