We’re recruiting Full Time and Part Time, Behavior Technicians and Certificated Behavior Technicians to join our team in Silverdale, Washington.

If so, consider applying to our ABA Technician role at OPAC.Your Role: ABA Technicians provide specialized behavioral intervention services and therapy for children with autism spectrum disorders. You will collaborate with our center's Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in providing tailored 1-on-1 therapy sessions for each child, and will be responsible for maintaining records and charts about each child’s progress. Studies have shown that intensive ABA treatment provided at a young age provides the best possible outcomes for children on the autism spectrum.Needed Attributes: Must be able to effectively communicate with many different types of people, and able to adjust to different communication and learning styles. Flexibility, patience, and organizational skills are imperative. Must be able to remain calm if clients exhibit aggressive behaviors.Requirements:

High School diploma or GED

Capable of working independently, exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion pertaining to the work environment and clients’ care

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and submit proof of vaccinationJob type: Full-Time/Part TimePay: Behavior Technicians/Certified Behavior Technicians $17.00 - $20/hr
