Your attention to detail, technical skills, and commitment to quality will help us maintain our reputation for excellence.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble parts and components to build finished products following standardized work instructions and diagrams
Perform visual and functional inspections on assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
Identify and report any defects or issues in the assembly process, and work with the team to resolve them
Operate machinery and tools used in the assembly process, ensuring safe and efficient operation
Maintain accurate records of production and quality control data, including completed checklists and reports
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
Strive for efficient production by meeting or exceeding production targets and minimizing downtime
Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth and productive workflow
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance
RequirementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience as an Assembly Operator or in a related role in a manufacturing environment (2+ years)
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
Understanding of workplace safety procedures
EDUCATION
High School Diploma

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to high places, fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and may require hearing protection in specific locations.
