Farwest Fabricators in Moxee, WA has an immediate opening for Quality Manager.
The Quality Manager is the strategic executive leader across quality and manufacturing operations at FarWest Fabricators. Reporting directly to the CEO and as part of the senior executive team, the Quality Manager provides the strategic and tactical direction of the production facilities in line with FarWest Fabricators’ mission, vision, values, strategic plan, and financial objectives.
While fostering a culture that encourages employee engagement and collaboration, the Quality Mangers overall aim is to assist in building a culture where we aim to provide perfect parts to customers every time. This position will lead the charge on implementing quality systems deep into our manufacturing environment, passionately digging into root cause corrective action and automating the process of quality utilizing Net-Inspect software.

Provides leadership and manages all Quality activities from a first article, first part buy off perspective.
Partners with Operations to create and implement new methods to improve productivity, quality, cost and safety of operations and maintenance across all facilities.
Provide leadership in training staff to focus on root cause corrective action.
Develop and implement effective quality control programs to ensure that quality standards and objectives are met.
Primary point of contact with customers and their Quality Managers.
Ensure compliance with customer quality expectations.
Manage the administrative side of our ISO registration including managing audits from ISO auditors as well as customers that audit FarWest.
Learn and execute the use of Net-Inspect software in relation to First Articles, First Part Buy Offs, Inspection, SPC, etc…
