Must have at least 2 years of experience in the last 5 years.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Travel to various locations for quality control checks.
Plan and prepare the employee work schedule
Training and monitoring janitorial staff
Check equipment to ensure it is in working order and that staff is fully trained to use it.
Perform and assist with cleaning duties as necessary
Take inventory and order janitorial supplies
Responsible for directing work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
Communicating with the main office about events, complaints, and employee hours and time off requests.

Use discretion when discussing confidential information
Have a working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling and storing materials.
Able to conduct sales meetings and walk-throughs for potential janitorial contract leads
Experience:
2 years of related experience and training in a managerial or supervisory role in a service-related industry
Proficient computer and tablet skills including Microsoft Office, electronic payroll systems, online ordering, and internet usage
Knowledge of general chemicals and practices used in a janitorial setting
Experience with janitorial equipment, including automatic scrubbers, vacuums, pressure washers, strip/wax floors, carpet care, etc.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations. This position requires traveling to different locations and a valid driver’s license. The ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
Must be able to pass a nationwide background check, and drug testing, and be eligible to work in the US
