We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to oversee multiple property Remodel and Repair projects. The right candidate will have a proven record of finishing projects on time and on budget while leading crews effectively.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations on multiple sites
Supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors
Maintain schedules, budgets, and quality control
Ensure jobsite safety and efficiency
Requirements:
5+ years of Foreman/Superintendent experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Solid knowledge of construction and repair methods
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
