Engineering Technician

As a member of the resort operations team, Maintenance Staff is responsible for assuring all resort and unit amenities maintain resort quality standards.As Engineering Technician, you will: Perform general maintenance duties including but not limited to basic repair work, painting, maintenance of fixtures, appliance installation and removal, and assisting with unit renovationsDaily complete unit work tickets assigned in a neat, courteous, efficient mannerDaily complete any guest service requests in an efficient and courteous mannerComplete daily scheduled routine maintenanceBe responsible and aware of budget guidelines when working on projects and repairs, work with management and supervisorsCoordinate with Housekeeping and Resort Management to complete “maintenance weeks” and “deep cleans” in a timely scheduled methodFollow all VI policies and proceduresFollow all city, county and federal government rules and regulationsAssist Management with keeping MSDS/GHS binder current and up to dateFollow all OSHA rules and regulationsAssist Management when needed or upon requestAssist Housekeeping and Front Desk when neededAssist with TSW (Timeshare Ware) when neededOther duties as assigned
