Are you looking for a hands-on job where you can work outdoors and learn a valuable trade? We’re hiring a Window Cleaning Associate (Trainee) to join our team! No prior experience is necessary – we provide full training.
Job Responsibilities:
Learn to set up and operate window cleaning equipment
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Coordinate with the manager to ensure efficient job completion
Remove and reinstall window screens
Clean windows using a water-fed pole system and traditional squeegeeing methods

Requirements:
Must be available during business hours, Monday through Friday (Saturdays a plus)
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed
Good communication and customer service skills
