Sandblaster/Painter

We are seeking a skilled sandblasting/painter to join our team for a temporary position, on/off throughout the winter and all year of 2025. We will be sandblasting and applying protective coatings to new structural steel components. This is a high paced and physically active position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces for finishing by removing rust and mill scale using sandblasting techniques, and applying 2 part epoxy coatings using airless equipment. This candidate should know the basic industrial coatings standards. This role requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of various materials and finishes. The blaster/painter will work closely with other tradespeople to ensure high-quality results in Industrial projects.
