Company: We are a small local remodel company and cabinet shop in the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas. We manufacture and install cabinets for all types and sizes of remodel jobs in existing homes. We also build and install cabinets in the Boise area at times, so while this position is primarily in the Tri-Cities area, occasional travel down to Boise for a day or two of work may occur.
Salary: $30 to $40+ per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Saturdays as needed
Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Cabinet Shop Lead Foreman & Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our small remodeling company and cabinet shop, overseeing a team of 4 to 6 employees, and ensuring the successful completion of multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion
Maintain organization in the custom shop and warehouse
Build, install, and service cabinets and fixtures
Expand tools and equipment inventory and set up in an efficient manner
Utilize software such as Office, Asana, Mozaik, etc., for company management
Communicate effectively with the team in a positive manner to achieve desired results
Act as a liaison between sales, the shop, and clients, ensuring products are built and installed correctly and on time
Manage work hours to minimize overtime while meeting project deadlines
Ensure a smoke-free work environment
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing a small remodeling company and cabinet shop
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in cabinet building, installation, and servicing
Familiarity with software for company management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with sales, the shop team, and clients
Strong problem-solving abilities
Non-smoker
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
