JOB DESCRIPTION

The Account Manager oversees the building, leading and growing our client base.
The Account Manager has a pivotal role in assisting our team to make sure they’re efficient, productive, and getting pertinent feedback from our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
Be a point of contact for non-technical issues and escalation for our clients.
Liaise with clients to make sure they are happy and respond to their needs and concerns.
Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions.
Develop and prospect new clients.
Create a sales funnel and prospect list.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company.
USE OF OUR TICKETING SYSTEM
Use our ticketing system to manage and monitor all client-facing activity.
Manage sales opportunities and goals.
Introduce/expand automation of business processes where possible.
COMMUNICATION AND REPORTING
Identify, communicate, and mitigate potential risks to the company and clients.
Create and be accountable to regular reporting to the leadership team.
Manage client expectations to ensure the team can deliver what is promised.
TEAM WORK
Support the Team and Clients with any unusual/high-level issues that arise.
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are being followed, created, and improved to ensure quality service to our clients.
Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Outside sales experience with selling relevant services and products
Excellent communication skills
A track record of managing customer negotiation and closing of the sales process
Demonstrated level of success in the development of client relationships
The ability to simplify technical concepts
High energy and drive with good negotiation skills
Strong organizational, presentation, and customer-service skills
Skill in preparing written communications and materials
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
Enjoy working with customers
NICE TO HAVE
Experience using a ticketing system/RMM Tool and PSA software
Experience and knowledge of working with the Microsoft 365 Platform
