Preferred Rentals is currently hiring a Property Management Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of multifamily properties. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of property management responsibilities and be flexible with day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the financial performance of the property, including leasing, management, maintenance and financial obligations
Develop and implement a budget that accurately reflects the property’s actual performance, revenues, and expenses
Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
Manage and maintain all resident relationships and resident services
Show available units
Manage and answer questions from prospective tenets
Other duties as assigned
Coordinate move-in/move-out and maintenances needed
Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years experience managing multifamily properties preferred
Excellent communication skills and experience with technology systems (i.e., Microsoft Office, Word, Excel)
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent customer service skills along with a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Benefits: Paid time off
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week 9am to 5:30pm
Experience: Appfolio or other CRM: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
