Seeking an Executive Office Assistant that is able to work in a team environment. We are a Facilities Maintenance Company and would like to hire a person who can help us get organized. Casual office (we don't have visitors or the public visiting our office) and typical hours would be 9am -1pm or so.

Strong ability to solve problems and get us organized. Self Starter a must. Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task. We are a fast moving organization and there are problems to solve every day. If you feel like you can jump in feet first - this is the job for you!
