Position Description:
This position will entail working with existing, new, and potential clients and the community. The job includes scheduling appointments, completing service requests, marketing, client/community relations, and keeping the client’s electronic files updated with all current and compliance-approved materials and information. In addition, this position coordinates work with other team leaders on some projects. The person must be able to work independently and in a team. This is a part-time position, which could lead to full-time employment.
Skills needed:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as any cloud services systems.
· Knowledge of how to operate and maintain office machines, including scanners, printers, copiers, and multi-line phone systems.
(Having experience in insurance is a plus, but not mandatory if you're able and willing to learn.)
