Greenridge Farming is currently hiring for an HR/Safety Specialist. This position guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services and Safety Requirements for the farming operations. This includes establishing, educating, and ensuring compliance with related policies, programs, and procedures. Candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines, and be an excellent team player. Minimum qualifications this position include: Associates degree in either HR or Occupational Safety (Bachelor’s degree preferred); a minimum 3 years of experience performing general HR and/or Safety work in a manufacturing environment; advanced writing and Microsoft Office skills; effective oral and relationship building skills; and highly organized and efficient; or any combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required. Greenridge Farming benefit package includes competitive salary, medical, dental, vision, and short/long term disability.
