Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Kirkland, Washington. In this role, you will be working in the field of accounting, with a focus on fiscal management and payroll processing. This is an in person position at the client's location in Kirkland.Responsibilities: Oversee the management of Accounts Payable and Receivable Conduct cash flow analysis and execute funds transfers as required Perform reconciliation of bank and company credit card accounts Prepare and process monthly and year-end financial statements Liaise with CPA for annual corporate tax filing and compile necessary documentation Handle tax payments for Federal and State filings Process and renew Company Insurance policies Develop and share reports with key stakeholders Process bi-weekly in-house payroll, including tax deposits, 401K deposits, and employee expense reports Prepare data for CPA for year-end taxes Record mortgage payments, deposit rent checks, pay monthly bills, and reconcile all bank accounts Utilize accounting software systems such as Deltek Ajera and QuickBooks for various accounting functions Apply skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Knowledge of Computerized Accounting System Expertise in Microsoft Excel Understanding of Accounting Functions Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Ability to prepare and manage the Annual Budget Skills in Cash Flow Analysis Familiarity with Deltek software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
