Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Kirkland, Washington. This role involves managing the inflow and outflow of our company's finances, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our transactions. You will be playing a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization by handling invoice processing, payment disbursement, and monitoring customer receipts. Responsibilities: Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers. Manage accounts receivable, including invoice generation and collection follow-ups. Resolve discrepancies in billing and payments. Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting. Collaborate with various departments to improve financial processes and workflows. Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding billing issues and discrepancies. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Use various skills including Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks.The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000.Benefits:Medical/Dental/Vision401k with match21 days PTO6 paid holidaysRequirements Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as an Accounting Clerk Strong knowledge and practical experience with Account Reconciliation Proficiency in working with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience with Billing and Invoice Processing Proficiency in Data Entry Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field is a plus.
